Gwen Stefani is a master diplomat.
Don’t you just love it when you are completely unaware of celebrity drama that they somehow think is widely documented, then they bring that shit into attention by blabbing too much as the high point of extremely uninteresting interviews. Well Gwen Stefani proved herself the master of such moments by telling the world basically the NO DOUBT reunion is on the verge of a tranny showdown akin to an episode of Flavor of Love.
Stefani toldĀ Elle magazine: “Everybody’s making it like there’s all this tension, you know, like I stepped away from the band and now they’re jealous of me, and look, maybe there is a little bit of that… but some fights aren’t really what they seem.”
The ‘Hollaback Girl’ singer has insisted that any leftover tension has dissipated since a “heated conversation” with bassist and ex-boyfriend Tony Kanal over the band’s cover of Adam and the Ants’ ‘Stand and Deliver’.
She added: “I think it was a little about the song, and a little about our coming back together. There was this air bubble that needed to pop, you know?”
Thank you Gwen, for letting me bathe in a sea of deliciously fresh drama you just brought to the fray. You know what i kind of love about Gwen Stefani? She’s awesome and all, but she’s painfully uninteresting in interviews. Like there is absolutely nothing new you can learn from Gwen Stefani from watching her interviews, so im gracious to Gwen for spilling the dirt. Girlfriend was having a down day.
