I don't really know what to call this Violet Affleck original creation other than a "Bread Mouse Tranny Creature Thingy" because that is what it is! She is a genius and visionary and the Affleck family are now responsible for creating another beautiful thing, The Bread Mouse Tranny Creature Thing, to be precise.
I strongly suggest Disney Pixar consider using this art as inspiration for their next film, because a bread mouse tranny creature thing is totally marketable and hip. I also would like them to turn this art class into a sweatshop where the kids work 24 hours to replicate this genius. I need one to scare the rats away and protect me from dark spirits to adorn my mantlepiece.
