24979, LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, Tuesday September 16th. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt visit the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) where Ryan Seacrest was broadcasting his radio show from live. After spending time on the air with Ryan, talking about reality show ‘The Hills’, the couple then took a tour of some of the childrens wards at the hospital and met some of the kids. Heidi became fairly emotional visiting some of the poorly children, but didn’t let it show and instead the couple chatted to the kids about High School Musical, Camp Rock, Zac Effron, Demi Lovato and loads of other Disney movies. Spencer even claimed he wished he was Zac Effron, so that the kids would like him more!
