The Luxury Exaggerated Reality Series Ads.

Okay. So I guess that this has been about for a few years. I mean, I remember getting all excited when Jennifer Garner and Lena Olin stood in a room together looking ridiculously hot and pouting. It was hot times. Then the Lost promos came out, and in the UK at least, they did this whole weird fantasy beach dance thing with the cast which cost like $1m and was directed by David LaChapelle. It was basically boring and didn't make me want to watch the show at all.

Fuck it's not strictly come dancing. What the hell does this ad do apart from make everyone look ridiculous? Ever since things have been getting a little FRUITY on the tv commercial front to the point where the ads are just an excuse for a lot of digital effects. Case and point? The new Heroes Season 2 commercial and the new Desperate Housewives Season 4 commercial. I appreciate what they are trying to do and everything, but for Lost Season 4 are we going to see like an elephant dry humping a briefcase as it flies across the New York skyline? Because seriously, I don't know what Hayden Pantierre stroking a lake has to do with anything right now.
