Star, O what have you done?

Every since Star Jones has left The View I feel like the world is totally empty. In fact, I refuse to watch The View until she comes back. The show clearly misses her stretch marks. Until then I'm glad she can still make the news in some form.

Former co-host of 'The View', Star Jones Reynolds, has been accused of 'stealing' from a Michigan non-profit organisation after accepting plane tickets from them to party during the 2006 NFL Super Bowl. The Detroit women's group, Full and Fabulous, a non-profit organization that helps plus-size women and girls cope with peer pressures, claim they invited the 45-year-old to speak at their Health, Beauty and Self-Esteem conference during the 2006 Super Bowl in Detroit.

I counted 17 LOLs in that article. How many did you get?

I don't know who is more retarded in that situation, the plus-size women or Star herself. Like when I feel down about my weight, I think of partying with Star Jones and within an instant I feel like another person.  I'm not a mean person, but when a charity pays $30k for the services of Star Jones, you get what you pay for.

  1. Jackie T Snow Says:

It is unfortunate that this negative outcome happened for the youth group. I heard from a radio station the contract between Star and the group stated the conditions. If the youth could not raise enough funds, Star was not guaranteed to come. Business is business in this case. It is an expensive lesson, emotionally and financially but others are willing to help you so do not stop your goals and dreams. Where you cannot get one to help and mentor another will.
