I could have seriously shot a better music video. The only plus is she looks extremely hot. Clearly she knows how to work lighting. Did no one else remember the pictures of her vacantly crying on the set of this shit? How bipolar can one slut be exactly?
Apparently the original video, where photos show Spears' blonde self being put to sleep in a funeral scene was deemed "too dark" by Jive records who instead edited this cut for broadcast treatment.

Put to sleep in a funeral sequence?? Not exactly what comes to mind when I hear the song, unless the director is somehow making reference to Spears’ career. But still, that sounds fucked.
